1. The service

AutoShowroom connects car buyers with verified dealer stands across Nigeria through video listings, messaging, and inspection booking. We provide the platform; sales contracts are between buyers and dealers unless we state otherwise in writing.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Dealers must complete our verification process before listing. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or mislead buyers.

3. Listings & content

Dealers are responsible for the accuracy of vehicles, pricing, and video walkarounds they publish. Buyers should inspect vehicles in person before purchase. We do not guarantee that every listing will result in a sale or that a vehicle is free of defects.

4. Acceptable use

• No fake listings, stolen vehicles, or misleading media
• No harassment, spam, or attempts to bypass platform fees or safety checks
• No scraping or automated access without our written permission

5. Fees & subscriptions

Dealer plans, promotions, and billing terms are shown in the dealer console and may change with notice. Unpaid accounts may lose access to listing or lead features.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EmiCraft Tech Solutions Limited is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or disputes between buyers and dealers arising from vehicle condition, payment, or paperwork. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Abuja, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
